With just a few days to go, District East Events is busy preparing for Sessions! Here is the last useful information you need to know!

 

TICKETS

At this moment, regular tickets are still available for €17,50 exclusive service fee at www.district-east.nl

 

DOOR SALE

Tickets at the door are available for €20,00 ONLY BY PIN.

 

OPENING

The Vasim factory opens its doors at 21.45 hr. The first set will start at 22.00 hr and the closing set ends at 07.00 hr in the morning.

ID OBLIGATED

The minimum age for Sessions is 18 years. In case of doubt a visitor will be asked to identify him- or herself. Only a ID-card, driver’s license or passport with name and picture will be accepted!

 

CASH & PIN

Besides cash also debit cards from Maestro are accepted this night to get coins. Entrance = PIN ONLY.

 

 

WARDROBE

During Sessions there will be a secured wardrobe. You can drop your coat for 1 coin or €2,00 euros.

 

EARPLUGS

Earplugs are available at the bar for 2 coins.

 

CAR & PARKING

To reach the carpark, set your navigation system at Winselingseweg 41, 6541 AH Nijmegen. Entrance via the Latensteinweg. The location has enough free parking spaces available.

 

KISS & RIDE

The kiss & Ride is located at the carpark.

 

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

The Vasim can be reached from Nijmegen train station. When you arrive at the station, it is a short distance to the bus stop: Nijmegen, Centraal Station. Here you can board on line 5 towards Beuningen Tiberiuslaan or line 85 towards Druten bus station. Get off at bus stop Merwedestraat, after which it is a short 10 minutes walking to the Vasim. Note: Make sure you know at what time your last bus or train leaves, so you won’t miss them!

 

SMOKING

Smoking is not allowed in the Vasim! only allowed at the designated smoking area outside.

 

DRUGS POLICY

District East Events complies strictly with the drug policy of the local government of Nijmegen. This government has a “zero tolerance policy”. This means absolutely no form of hard- or soft drugs are allowed inside the Vasim.

 

PHOTO & VIDEO

Everybody can bring a camera, please make as much pics as you like and don’t hesitate to share them with us via our social channels. Just don’t forget to enjoy your evening!
